Last weekend, the Faculty of Contemporary Arts (FCE) was too small to host all the students interested in the masterclass given by our well-known actress. More than 100 students came to hear first-hand everything about Sloboda’s beginnings in acting and the same number followed the live stream.

Drama students came to rehearse scenes with Sloboda and learn about the relationship actors have with directors, colleagues and the camera.

Young actors practiced movies scenes

The popular Serbian actress spoke to her young colleagues about the problems and obstacles she has faced throughout her career.
Each student had a task to prepare a scene which they filmed at FCE with Sloboda’s assistance, while the other students gave feedback and corrected mistakes. This is a valuable experience they will greatly benefit from should they embark on an acting adventure.

Sloboda Mićalović gladly accepted FCE’s invitation to share her vast experience with future colleagues, as more than 100 students gained new knowledge and experience and left with wonderful impressions.
FCE will strive to organize similar events in the future in order to enable its students and future artists to meet important people in their profession.
