THE BEST FEMALE ROLE AT INTEF WON BY FCA STUDENT

At the 4th International Theatre Festival (INTEF), held from August 14 to 20 at the Mišar Cultural Center, a student from our faculty, Jana Dekanski, was awarded the prize for the best female role by the professional jury.
The festival audience had the opportunity to see our students Andrijana Dragnić and Jana Dekanski on August 15 in the duodrama “Prst”, based on the text by Doruntina Baša, directed by Assoc. Prof. Božidar Đurović.
A STORY ABOUT THE FATE OF TWO WOMEN AND THEIR DREAMS
“Prst” is a story about two women whose unhappy fate and tradition have condemned them to live under the same roof. Failing to establish normal communication, they sweep all problems under the rug out of fear that starting a conversation could reopen old, as well as new wounds.
Despite the harsh reality, they allow themselves to dream and fantasize, as only in dreams do they have complete freedom. They cannot be apart from each other. What does a day look like when one of them tries to change something?
