What does the concept of visual communications imply?

Visual communication are basically a creative process in which you combine visual arts and modern technology in order to present your ideas. Everything begins with a message that becomes visual in the hands of  talented artist and surpasses the limits of words and images.

At Faculty of Contemporary Arts, you will have at your disposal the latest technology, modernly equipped halls, studios and sound rooms, in which you can develop your design ideas and tasks.

You will begin creating informative, educative or entertaining visual design by learning how to apply control over colors, types, movements, symbols and images.

What are the goals of this Master Studies?

The main goal of Master Studies in Visual Communication is the idea that the designer is the one who makes all the difference, not only in terms of business strategy and development but at the global level, too.

During their education, students work on projects oriented towards having a positive impact on cultural differences, projects that possess both ethical and critical dimension, those that give visual form to various societal issues.

With their works, our students are making a significant impact on the future of visual culture and communication, they are becoming the designers who are able to understand the bigger picture and the position of graphic communication in modern world, able to form and navigate new trends in visual expression.

What do Master Studies in Visual Communication look like?

Masters Studies in Visual Communication are part of Master Program in Design, and last two academic years, i.e. four semesters. Curriculum consists of theoretic and practical work, at the end of the studies, the student writes their Final Master Thesis, and upon graduation, the student obtains 120 ECTS credits and the title of Master of Arts in Visual Communications.

You will obtain knowledge in spatial graphics, graphic advertising, drawing, 3D modeling, illustration and the skills of presentation and public speaking.
