FACULTY OF CONTEMPORARY ARTS PROFESSOR MILOŠ ĐORĐEVIĆ RECEIVES “GOLDEN BEOČUG” AWARD

We are honored and pleased to inform you that Professor Miloš Đorđević from FCA is this year’s recipient of the prestigious and highly important “Golden Beočug” Award for the year 2022, which is awarded to prominent artists and cultural institutions. Professor Đorđević, along with other laureates, ceremoniously received the award on the main stage of the National Theater in Belgrade.
The “Golden Beočug” Award is presented by the Cultural and Educational Community of Belgrade for its contribution to the culture of the city of Belgrade since 1970. The founders of this award are the poet Vasko Popa, who gave the award its name, Radomir Stević Ras, and Jevta Jevtović. This prestigious recognition is awarded to creators, scientists, ensembles, institutions, and organizations for their lasting contribution to the culture of the city of Belgrade.
The jury consisted of:
- Prof. Dr. Zoran Avramović – cultural sociologist, president;
- Živorad Žika Ajdačić – director and screenwriter;
- Prof. Dr. Uroš Dojčinović – musical artist;
- Prof. Dr. Milivoje Pavlović – publicist, writer;
- Bora Dugić – musical artist;
- MA Jadranka Jovanović – opera artist;
- Dragan Babić – publicist, journalist, professor;
- Miroljub Aranđelović Rasinski – composer;
- Srba Ignjatović – writer;
- Jovo Milošević – entrepreneur;
- Radovan Trnavac Mića – painter;
- Miladin Ševarlić – playwright;
- Dušica Milanović – publicist;
- Predrag Gaga Antonijević – film and TV director and producer;
- Božica Velousis – writer;
- Miroljub Filipović Filimir – painter;
- Konstantin Tešea – ballet artist.
