Duration of undergraduate academic studies:: 4 years (8 semesters)
Broj ECTS: 240
You acquire: diploma in visual arts

The new times have brought along exciting possibilities; today’s artists have an exceedingly wide range of means of expression at their disposal. They can still make visual art in the traditional sense, but many choose to work through performance, action, video and internet art or installations that encompass several different forms. The works of many of today’s greatest artists belong to the realm of multimedia.

The Multimedia program at the Faculty of Contemporary Arts has been designed to train young creatives to recognize, explore and develop their various talents and successfully combine them to make multimedia contributions to art and other related areas.

If you are interested in the numerous possibilities opened by video and digital media, attracted by traditional and modern means of artistic expression; if you would like to create, like all great artists, works that are in full accordance with your times; if you are yearning for knowledge and skills that will prepare you to work in all areas of creative industry, FCA’s Multimedia is the right choice for you.

WHOM IS MULTIMEDIA PROGRAM INTENDED FOR?

To everyone with multiple talents and numerous interests, who find any single form too narrow to express their talent and imagination; to those who want to use painting, video, animation or some other avenue of their choice when the need arises, Multimedia will provide an avenue for creating contemporary, original art.

In other words, Multimedia has been designed for all creative individuals willing to develop their talents through exploring the boundaries between artistic disciplines, as well as between the arts and new technologies, nature, society…
