Regardless of the great expansion of the new media, painting has remained a staple of visual arts. Some of the world’s greatest – and richest – artists, who exhibit their works in big cities all over the world, are still painters.

Today, painting can be viewed as a rather traditional art, but one whose techniques and principles are fully transferable to these times of new media and advanced technology. When it comes to the world of visual arts, it has its timeless place and never ceases to be current.

If you would like to learn painting from professors with respectable careers, who are quite active and well-respected both nationally and internationally; if your eyes are set on both the classical approach and the new media that will let you realize your talent in a contemporary way and make a creative breakthrough in your artistic expression, then Painting at FCA is just right for you.

WHOM IS PAINTING INTENDED FOR?

The Painting program has been designed for candidates who want to develop their talent through acquiring knowledge and skills that will help them find and build upon their own individual artistic expression.

At the Painting program, people yearning to express their inner world through lines, colors and textures, to unveil the essence of the world around us and present it to a wide audience; people who are ready to work hard, and proudly wear paint smudges as a sign that they are en route to their very own artistic freedom, will get the knowledge required for a professional career in painting.
