The Faculty of Contemporary Arts (FCA) has become one of the pioneers in the field of education in Serbia by implementing a ChatBot on its website www.fsu.edu.rs. This step is part of a broader initiative, the LINK Educational Alliance, which includes the Information Technology School – ITS, the Information Technology High School – ITHS, and the Institute for Contemporary Education, all of which have introduced this innovation.

The ChatBot on the FCA website is programmed to provide instant information, answer questions, and direct users to relevant resources on the site. The goal of this innovation is to enhance the user experience on the FCA website by providing quick and accurate information upon user request.

The technology behind this ChatBot uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to understand user queries and respond to them. This advanced technology enables the ChatBot to “learn” from each interaction, constantly improving its ability to provide useful and relevant answers.

The ChatBot is available 24/7, meaning users can obtain information whenever they need it. Additionally, this tool can handle a large number of queries simultaneously, significantly improving communication efficiency.

It is important to note that this is still in the beta phase, and the functionalities of the ChatBot are still being tested. FCA continues to work on improving this tool to provide the best possible user experience.
