NEW FCA EDITION: “PROJECT MANAGEMENT – WORKBOOK”

The Faculty of Contemporary Arts has announced a new edition as part of its publishing activities. It is the publication “Project Management – Workbook” authored by professors Valentin Kuleto, Milena Ilić, and Dušan Stojaković, intended for students and practitioners in the field of project management. Its aim is to facilitate understanding of this discipline through illustrative case studies related to specific organizations.

The exceptional value of this Workbook lies in its hybrid method of case studies, where students are authors of individual studies. Therefore, the Workbook is not prepared solely based on academic and professional sources and the experiences of its authors, but also includes the viewpoints of students, providing a unique experience and opportunity for the practical application of their knowledge. Additionally, this Workbook is rich in testimonials from certified professionals (PMP), who, by sharing their experiences and responses to real challenges, provide additional value to this edition.

The authors extend their gratitude to all project managers and members of project teams from the industry who contributed to the development of case studies and testimonials, as well as to everyone who helped in the publication of this edition.
