The solo exhibition Ivan Bon of sound sculptures titled “Touch of Sound” was held at the Lazareti Gallery in Dubrovnik from January 30 to February 12, 2026, within the framework of the project “Multisensory Art,” dedicated to blind and visually impaired persons and supported by Creative Europe.

The exhibition was officially opened on January 30 at 6 p.m., as part of the Night of Museums event. Attendance was exceptionally good, and audience reactions, especially those of blind and visually impaired visitors, were remarkably strong and positive. The public had the opportunity to experience twelve sound sculptures created specifically for this exhibition, with an emphasis on tactile and auditory perception.
The sculptures were executed in various materials: bronze, rubber, 3D print, stone, polyester mass, metal, and wood. Each object contains its own internal sound structure, with a speaker embedded in its form and connected to an amplifier that emits sound specially composed for the given sculpture.
The duration, dynamics, and intensity of the sound structures create an acoustic landscape perceived not only through hearing and touch, but also bodily. A particularly strong impression on the audience was made by the sound sculpture “48 bpm” (metal heart), whose vibrations visitors could feel through touch.
Following the opening, at 8 p.m. in the same space, Ivan held a musical performance featuring instrumental versions of his music project “Mistake Mistake.” The audience actively participated, and visitors danced, so the overall event, exhibition and concert, lasted nearly three hours and was well attended as part of the Night of Museums.

Multisenzorna umetnost – Ivan Bon: samostalna izložba „Dodir zvuka” u Dubrovniku
