Poziv na Izložbe „Između vidljivog i dodirljivog“ i „Odjek površina“
jovana.milovic / / Izložbe FSU Galerija sajt, Vesti / 16. 04. 2026.

Inspirisani delima arhitekata poput Maksa Fabianija, Ivana Vurnika i Jožeta Plečnika, radovi nastaju kombinovanjem drveta, kamena, keramike i stakla, često kroz ponovnu upotrebu materijala.
Izložba reljefnih asamblaža u drvetu Petre Kocjančič pod nazivom „Odjek površina“ nas vraća u intimni prostor doma, u vreme kada su šare bile neodvojivi deo svakodnevice, prisutne u tekstilu i drvetu, u intarzijama i tihim ritmovima ručnog rada. Polazeći od tog nasleđa, radovi transformišu tradicionalne motive u savremene reljefne forme izrađene laserskim sečenjem šperploče. Svedena bela površina naglašava ritam i strukturu, dok svetlost i senka grade suptilnu prostornu dinamiku.

Invitation to the Exhibitions “Between the Visible and the Touchable” and “Echo of Surfaces”
As part of the Multisensory project, two parallel exhibitions by Mojca Perše and Petra Kocjančič, professors at the Faculty of Design in Ljubljana, will be presented at the FSU Gallery from April 16 to 30. Through different media, they explore art as a multisensory and inclusive experience, accessible to blind and visually impaired visitors.
The exhibition “Between the Visible and the Touchable” by Mojca Perše is inspired by the architectural ornamentation of Ljubljana and transforms it into relief, tactile mosaics. Influenced by the works of architects such as Maks Fabiani, Ivan Vurnik, and Jože Plečnik, the pieces are created by combining wood, stone, ceramics, and glass, often through the reuse of materials. These layered structures invite touch, opening space for a slower and deeper perception of architectural heritage.
The exhibition of wooden relief assemblages by Petra Kocjančič, titled “Echo of Surfaces,” brings us back to the intimate space of the home, to a time when patterns were an inseparable part of everyday life—present in textiles and wood, in intarsia and in the quiet rhythms of manual work. Building on this heritage, the works transform traditional motifs into contemporary relief forms made through laser-cut plywood. The reduced white surface emphasizes rhythm and structure, while light and shadow create a subtle spatial dynamic. These works are not intended only for viewing—they invite touch, allowing patterns to be “read” with the hands through lines, densities, and voids.
The sound layer further shapes the atmosphere of both exhibitions, creating a discreet, almost meditative space where light, material, and sound intertwine. Together, the exhibitions open up a different relationship to heritage—not as a static image, but as a living, sensory experience that can be seen, felt, and heard.
